SU-EnergoGrupp JSC nominated the best young specialists and their tutors. The event was attended by more than 35 SU-Energo-Grupp employees. Nadezhda Zhmakina, head of the Personnel Development and Training Department, opened the conference: Tutorship is an effective training format. First of all, the employee receives a possibility to adopt the best practices from his/her colleague who already has sufficiently large professional and personal experience; secondly, it is on-the-job training.

Development of a clear strategy of interaction of the tutors with the graduates with regard to their personal and professional skills became the main goal of the conference. The event program included presentation of the graduate training program introduced in SU-EnergoGrupp, as well as the trainings aimed at advancement of the professional level of the young specialists and their tutors.

The conference program also included the Young Assets business simulation game, where experience oil industry workers had to teach effective work skills to virtual young employees. 17 participants, the winners in their groups, received special awards at the end of the business simulation game.

Artyom Maksimov, chief mechanic, and Yulia Tsvetkova, head of the Oil and Gas Field Development Department, were nominated as the best tutors of the last year. They were awarded with tablet computers.
